What is play848 Withdrawal Policy?

As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, play848 makes every effort to ensure that your withdrawal request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The cashout policy dictates that members may be required to verify their identity before a cash withdrawal can be made from their account. This validation process is to prevent potential online fraud.

Main Verification Documents

  1. Photographic ID: A copy of a current photographic ID is required for your first cashout request. This photographic ID can be in the form of a copy of a Passport, Drivers License or National ID card. Please ensure that your name, photograph and signature are visible on the document.
  2. Credit cards: A copy of the front and back of the credit card used to fund your account is also required. Should you chose to fund your account using multiple credit and/or debit cards, you may be asked to supply copies of more than one card, You may block the middle eight numbers and the 3 digit security code at the back of the card copy.
  3. Proof of address: In some cases you may be required to provide documentation which validates your home address. This may be in the form of a utility bill or a credit card statement.
  4. Notarized documentation may also be required depending on the amount of your cashout request. (Done by a Notary "lawyer, notary public, etc." to certify something such as a signature on a legal document as authentic or legitimate by affixing a notary's stamp and signature)

    Note: In some cases, depending on the payment method used to fund your account, you may be asked for one or a combination of the aforementioned documents, or additional documents not included in the list above.

    The following is an explanation of how the withdrawal process works and play848 Withdrawal Policy:

    At play848, the method(s) by which we pay your withdrawal is directly dependent upon the payment method(s) by which you have submitted your deposit(s) in the past, and the amounts of those deposit(s).

    When you deposit to your play848 account by credit, charge or debit card, NETELLER, Moneybookers, Moneta, WebMoney, ClickandBuy, Ewire - you accumulate what we refer to as a positive "Member Transaction Balance"* (please see Withdrawal Policy below for definition), for that particular payment method.

    When you request a withdrawal, if possible, your withdrawal will be paid automatically to the payment method(s) for which you have established a positive Member Transaction Balance (please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions below).

    1. On Monday you deposit 50 (in your currency) by Visa credit card;
    2. On Tuesday you deposit 50 (in your currency) by NETELLER;
    3. On Wednesday you deposit another 50 (in your currency) by Visa credit card;
    4. On Thursday you deposit 50 (in your currency) by Moneybookers;  
    5. On Saturday you Deposit 50 (in your currency) by Moneta and 50 (in your currency) by WebMoney;
    6. Your Member Transaction Balance now equals 350 (in your currency):
      1. 100 on Visa credit card;
      2. 50 on Moneybookers;
      3. 50 on NETELLER;  
      4. 50 on Moneta;
      5. 50 on WebMoney;
    7. On Sunday you request a 450 (in your currency) withdrawal.

    The first 350 (in your currency) of your withdrawal (up to your Member' Transaction Balance) will be automatically paid to you in a manner such as follows:

    1. 100 (in your currency) will be paid to your Visa Credit Card Account(s) (please see Credit/Debit Card/NETELLER **Exceptions below);
    2. 50 (in your currency) will be paid to your Moneybookers Account;
    3. 50 (in your currency) will be paid to your NETELLER Account;  
    4. 50 (in your currency) will be paid to your Moneta Account;
    5. 50 (in your currency) will be paid to your WebMoney Account;
    6. Your Member Transaction Balance now equals 0.
    Your 100 (in your currency) "Remaining Withdrawal Balance"*** (the amount above your Member' Transaction Balance - please see Withdrawal Policy below for definition) will be paid to you according to your chosen payment method(s):
    1. Visa credit/debit card(s) (in accordance with the withdrawal limit permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions below), or;
    2. Maestro debit card(s) (if you have deposited to your play848 account by this payment method in the past, and only in randomly selected cases), or;
    3. NETELLER (if you have deposited to your play848 account by this payment method in the past), or;
    4. Moneybookers (if you have deposited to your play848 account by this payment method in the past), or;  
    5. Laser debit card(s) (if you have deposited to your play848 account by this payment method in the past), or;  
    6. Moneta (if you have deposited to your play848 Account by this payment method in the past), or;
    7. WebMoney (if you have deposited to your play848 Account by this payment method in the past), or;
    8. EntroPay card (if you have deposited to your play848 Account by this payment method in the past), or;
    9. Wire Transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK and Europe), or;
    10. Bank Draft/Cheque (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above), or;
    11. UK credit cards via BACS (if you have deposited to your play848 account by Visa and/or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK only), or;
    12. ClickandBuy (if you have deposited to your play848 account using this payment method in the past), or;
    13. Ewire (if you have deposited to your play848 account using this payment method in the past).

    Legend:

    • * = Member Transaction Balance (see Withdrawal Policy below for definition).
    • ** = Credit/debit/NETELLER card Exceptions (see next section below).
    • *** = Remaining Withdrawal Balance (see Withdrawal Policy below for definition).

    **Visa Credit Card Cash Outs: Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Visa credit/debit cards, play848 is not permitted to pay withdrawals to Visa credit/debit cards issued in specific countries (please see drop-down list below to view these countries). Furthermore, due to regulations imposed by some issuers of Visa credit/debit cards in countries not included in the drop-down list below (non-listed countries), play848 is not permitted to pay withdrawals to certain Visa credit/debit cards. Therefore, deposits made using these particular Visa credit/debit cards will not be counted towards the *Member Transaction Balance (see Withdrawal Policy below). Members who have deposited to their play848 accounts via these particular Visa credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals according to section three (3) of the Withdrawal Policy, below.

    Please see drop-down list below, specifying countries where certain Visa credit/debit card issuers do not permit withdrawals to be paid to Visa credit/debit cards:



    **MasterCard/Eurocard withdrawals: due to regulations imposed by issuers of MasterCard/Eurocard credit/debit cards, play848 is not permitted to pay withdrawals to MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards. Therefore, deposits made by MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards will not be counted towards the *Member Transaction Balance (see Withdrawal Policy below). Members who have deposited to their play848 accounts via MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals according to section three (3) of the Withdrawal Policy, below.

    Please note the following important withdrawal information (pertinent to credit card and Non-credit card users):

    Withdrawals requested within the same 24 hour as the deposit, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.

    In most cases, withdrawal Payment credits will be posted as separate transactions, and will not cancel charges resulting from your deposit(s) to your play848 account.

    Should you have not actively used your chosen payment method to deposit to your account for more than 12 months, this withdrawal option may no longer be available.

    If your withdrawal request is for less than the minimum allowable amount,the funds will be returned to your Bankroll.

    If your Cash Out request is for less than the minimum allowable amount, listed below, the funds will be returned to your Bankroll:

    • The minimum wire transfer cashout is $20
    • The minimum bank draft cashout is $30 / €25 / £20 / 30 CAD/ 200 SEK/ 200 DKK (according to your selected cashout currency).
    • The minimum cashout for the following payment methods is $6: Moneybookers, NETELLER, UK credit cards via BACS, credit card, debit card, Moneta, WebMoney, EntroPay card, ClickandBuy and Ewire

    Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation may be required to process your withdrawal request, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous deposits to your play848 account.

    In some cases where account verification is required for completing your request, verification must be completed within7 days or your withdrawal will be reversed and the funds returned to your bankroll.

    Generally, credit card or debit card cashouts by members in the UK, Canada, Denmark, Sweden or other EU countries that use the Euro, will be converted into and refunded to the member's card in the same currency used for deposit. Cashouts via bank draft/wire transfer by members in Canada, the UK, Sweden, Denmark and other EU countries that use Euro (except Cyprus and Malta), will be converted into local currency. The conversion rate applied will be comparable with daily commercial rates offered by banks and credit card companies on the day the cashout is processed. Once the cashout has been processed, the member will be told his cashout ID and the amount refunded in both bankroll currency and settle currency. In other circumstances, the cashout will be refunded to the member in bankroll currency at the rate used by the member's issuing bank.

    Note: Please notify us immediately should your credit/debit card(s) be lost, stolen or cancelled or should your E-wallet status change, so we may investigate their status and confirm that payments may/may not be received.

    Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar), Ltd. (the Operator of play848), reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.

    Bonuses may be Cashed Out only after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied.

    There are no fees for any of our withdrawal services. In the event that we terminate the offering of our business in any specific country, payouts will be subject to reasonable processing charges.

    play848 Withdrawal Policy:

    According to play848 Withdrawal Policy, members' withdrawal requests shall be automatically paid directly to the payment method(s) by which that Member submitted their original deposit(s) to their play848 account, up to the *member Transaction Balance (see section one (1) below for definition). Thereafter, that member may choose the payment method(s) by which to receive their ***Remaining Withdrawal Balance (see section three (3) below for definition):

    1. *The Member Transaction Balance shall be defined as:
      1. Any total sum a member has deposited to their play848 account via their Visa credit/debit card(s) (with the exception of certain Visa credit/debit cards - please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions above), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
      2. Any total sum a member has deposited to their play848 account via their Maestro debit card(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
      3. Any total sum a member has deposited to their play848 account via their NETELLER account(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
      4. Any total sum a member has deposited to their play848 account via their Moneybookers account(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method.  
      5. Any total sum a member has deposited to their play848 account via their Laser debit card(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
      6. Any total sum a member has deposited to their play848 Account via their Moneta Account(s), less previous Cash Outs and/or refunds to this same payment method.
      7. Any total sum a member has deposited to their play848 Account via their WebMoney Account(s), less previous Cash Outs and/or refunds to this same payment method.
      8. Any total sum a member has deposited to their play848 account via their Ewire account(s), minus any previous cashouts and/or refunds to this same payment method.
    2. Withdrawals shall be automatically paid directly to the following payment method(s), up to the *Member Transaction Balance (see section one (1) above), and in a manner such as follows:
      1. Visa credit/debit card(s) (in accordance with the withdrawal limit permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions above);
      2. Maestro debit card(s);
      3. NETELLER account(s);
      4. Moneybookers account(s);  
      5. Laser debit card(s);  
      6. Moneta account(s).
      7. WebMoney account(s).
      8. ClickandBuy account(s).
      9. Ewire account(s).
    3. Thereafter (once a *Member Transaction Balance, utilizing all payment methods with which that Member has deposited to their play848 account in the past, has been satisfied - see section one (1) above), that Member may choose, if any exists:
      1. Visa credit/debit card(s) (in accordance with the withdrawal limit permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions below), or;
      2. Maestro debit card(s) (if you have deposited to your play848 account by this payment method in the past, and only in randomly selected cases), or;
      3. NETELLER (if you have deposited to your play848 account by this payment method in the past), or;
      4. Moneybookers (if you have deposited to your play848 account by this payment method in the past), or;  
      5. Laser debit card(s) (if you have deposited to your play848 account by this payment method in the past), or;
      6. Moneta (if you have deposited to your play848 Account by this payment method in the past), or;
      7. WebMoney (if you have deposited to your play848 Account by this payment method in the past), or;
      8. EntroPay Card (if you have deposited to your play848 Account by this payment method in the past), or;
      9. Wire Transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK), or;
      10. Bank Draft/Cheque (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section (a) and (b) above), or;
      11. UK credit cards via BACS (if you have deposited to your play848 account by Visa and/or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK. Note: This is the only option for UK issued Visa/Mastercard credit cards to receive over the balance withdrawals.), or;
      12. ClickandBuy (if you have deposited to your play848 account usingby this payment method in the past), or;
      13. Ewire (if you have deposited to your play848 account using this payment method in the past).
